Terms of Use

General Information

Keponet is a software product designed by PT. Varnion Technology Semesta. This software is designed to manage all requests from guests in the hotel area. All users who use Keponet must accept all the requirements that have been issued.

Terms Acceptance

Please read all of the points on this “Terms of Use” section. All of the users of Keponet is considered to be acknowledged of all policies once using the software. If there is a point that you do not seem to be agree with, please cancel your registration or subscription because you are not allowed to use the service of Keponet software.

Terms Update

If there is any correction, supplementary or diminution of Keponet terms of use, the user are get notified. All of the users should read and understand any update of these terms and accepts it, otherwise the user should stop using the software.

Ownership

A Keponet user does not have any ownership of the software. The authorization of using the Keponet is given by the PT. Varnion Technology Semesta as a license for the user.

Intellectual Property Rights

All of the contents inside Keponet software are owned by PT. Varnion Technology Semesta. A user is not allowed to publishing, copying or making any duplication of software without a written agreement from the company. If any law violation of intellectual property rights regulation found, then it will be followed up by the company.

Law Responsibility

PT. Varnion Technology Semesta does not responsible to any violation of law by Keponet user when using the software that proceeded by user.

Information Authenticity

A user should give the authentic information related on software registration and subscription. Keponet does not responsible to any cancellation, prohibition or malfunction of using the software due to false or spurious information.

Subscription

After free trial period is expired, the user who is willing to use Keponet for further period should subscribe to extend the license of software usage.

Subscription Package

The subscription of Keponet is arranged by the holder of the software ownership. The owner could change, modify, remove or adding the packages. Existed users who have been subscribed to a specific package will get notified when their subscription package is getting removed or updated.

Pricing

Price of Keponet subscription is determined by PT. Varnion Technology Semesta. The price may be changed any time without priod notification or announcement.

Payment

The payment methods for subscribing to Keponet are set by PT. Varnion Technology Semesta and collaborate with trusted third parties. Any violations of law during the purchase will be processed.

Privacy

Any information that has been submitted by user during the registration, subscription and utilization of Keponet software are being protected based on our privacy policy.

User must read the entire privacy policy document content that posted here. Make sure that you are accepting all the points before start using the software.

Feedback

Any feedback regarding Keponet software, such as malfunction complaint, error report, suggestion for further development, etc. can be addressed to "contact us" page in the website.

Subscription Contract

We only offer pre-paid contract that should be chosen by our clients based on our subscription package.

Pre-Paid is a subscription type that needs upfront payment from the client before using our service. After a client choose the subscription payment in a preferred time period and number of users, a payment with the amount that has been accepted should be generated. If within contract period the client is considered to add more users, an update of contract can be submitted. The price disparity between previous and updated contract are counted by adding amount of added users multiplied by each user price and divided by remaining active subscription period (We use 30 days count in each month of subscription).

If within the period the client considers to add more users, a subscription contract will be updated. The price disparity between previous and updated contract are counted by adding amount of users that added, multiplied by each user price and divided by remaining installment period (We use 30 days count in each month of subscription).

This price will be changed based on our user package on next installment invoice.

If there is an overdue payment in an installment deadline, a client will not be able to use our product and service temporarily before the payment are generated. The belated payment will not extend the subscription period.
