Product Delivery Policy

All of the transaction that has been made through third party will be confirmed by direct mail on our system. The mail will contain the information about the amount of transaction that has been made and the detailed bill about the subscription that purchased. When an error is occurred during the transaction that made one of the party does not obtain the decent procure that has been arranged, a customer can notify us by sending e-mail to [email protected] first. A complaint will be processed if it is reported in maximum 3 working days after the transaction. Any abuse of law during the transaction that identified will be directly processed to the court with no exception of perpetrator.

Refund Policy

In case of any mistake that found during the transaction that causes the customer to not have the products that have been approved to be purchased, the company will have responsibility to review the transaction and check for fault. Customer could address report first to the company if he doesn’t receive the promised product after transaction. Company should take a refund to the customer if after the review process, user is considerably being aggrieved. The refund will be generated in 3 working days in maximum after the conclusion is admitted.
